We offer Loan Cars, Vehicle Pick Up, Computerised Service Records, Communication, Guarantees and Warranties.
Loan Cars
Loan cars are available free of charge while your car is in for service or repairs. Bookings are essential. Please allow an extra ten to fifteen minutes as loan cars may require refueling. Every client must complete our loan car form before leaving. (A small insurance fee applies). Please note: As the loan cars are free, customers are required to replace fuel used by them.
Vehicle Pick Up
For your convenience we can arrange to drop you off at work, home or shops around the local area.
Computerised Service Records
Our computer program provides a complete record of all services and repairs. This ensures our customers receive the correct service as required.
Communication
We believe customer communication is very important, therefore, it is our policy to inform you of any reasonable options available, or any extra parts or repairs are required in addition to the services or repairs as arranged.
Guarantees
Our staff go all out to provide services which will promote the reliability of your vehicle and therefore represent true value for money. We also comprehensively back up our services and repairs should a problem occur.
Warranties
All recommended services and repairs are covered by a minimum of 6 months' workmanship and parts warranty. However, many parts and services are in fact covered by a longer warranty period, depending on the part's source and the type of repair. Reconditioned engines have a minimum of 12 months' unlimited kilometre warranty and an optional extended warranty is available up to 4 years or 80,000 kilometres (conditions apply).
